Ingredients:
22.5ml Auvert Liqueur
22.5ml Ounce Gin 'Bold'
22.5ml Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
22.5ml Lime Juice
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, double strain into a coup glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry. (Luxardo brand cherries are the best)
Auvert-a-Colada or Piña Verde
Ingredients:
45ml Auvert Liqueur
45ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice
10ml Cream of Coconut ideally Coco Lopez. (Alternatively sweeten coconut cream to your liking with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shake with ice, hawthorn strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds or dehydrated pineapple and lime.
