Ingredients:
30ml Auvert Liqueur
100ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic

Two lemon wheels as garnish

Ingredients:
22.5ml Auvert Liqueur
22.5ml Ounce Gin ‘Bold’
22.5ml Maraschino Liqueur, we prefer Luxardo
22.5ml Fresh lime juice

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, double strain into cocktail coupe glass, garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Ingredients:
45ml Auvert Liqueur
45ml Pineapple juice, we prefer golden circle
30ml Coconut Cream
20ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Simple syrup

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, double strain into tall glass and top with ice, garnish with a mint sprig.

Ingredients:
30ml Auvert Liqueur
30ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry
30ml White Rum, we prefer Plantation 3 Stars

4 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters

Method:
Add all ingredients to mixing glass, fill with ice and stir until well chilled and you have your preferred level of dilution, strain into martini glass and garnish with a with dill frond.
