100ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean TonicLime wheel and mint top

Ingredients:
60ml Ounce Gin ‘Bright’
15ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
Lemon or lime twist

Method:
Keep Ounce Gin ‘Bright’, mixing glass and martini glasses in freezer,
Add Gin and Vermouth mixing glass, fill mixing glass with ice, stir until well chilled, taste for dilution to your preference, pour into martini glasses, garnish with citrus twist.

Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice, double strain into cocktail coupe glass, garnish with a dill sprig.
