Shiraz Gin Sour

Ingredients:

60ml Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’

30ml Lemon Juice

30ml Egg White

15ml Sugar Syrup

Method:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake (no ice), add ice and shake for 7 - 11 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Shiraz Gin Spirtz

Ingredients:

30ml Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’

30ml Aperol

90ml Prosecco

Soda Water

Method:

Mix gin, aperol and prosecco in a wine glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a slice of lemon and dill.
