Ingredients:

30ml Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’’

100ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Two lemon wheels as garnish

Ingredients:
60ml Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
1 Egg white or foaming agent

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake without ice, shake with ice, double strain into cocktail coupe glass, garnish with a sage leaf.

Ingredients:
30ml Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’
30ml Clement Cello
90ml Prosecco or Sparkling wine
45ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic

Method:
Pour all ingredients into wine glass, fill with ice and garnish with orange or grapefruit and your choice of herb or leaf.

Ingredients:
45ml Bourbon, we like Buffalo Trace
15ml Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’

30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Simple syrup
1 Egg white or foaming agent

Method:
Add all ingredients except Ounce Gin ‘Shiraz’ to shaker, shake without ice, shake with ice, add Ounce Gin Shiraz to rocks glass then fill with ice, gently double strain the rest of the cocktail over the ice into the rocks glass on top of the shiraz gin.
