Ingredients:
30ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
30ml Ruby Bitter ‘Aperitif’

30ml Scarlet Sweet Vermouth

Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange twist.
