30ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
100ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Two half orange wheels as garnish

Ingredients:

30ml Ruby Bitter ‘Aperitif’

30ml IMD Scarlet ‘Sweet Vermouth’

Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:
45ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
30ml Fresh lemon juice
30ml Orgeat Syrup
8 Dashes of Angostura bitters
1 Egg white or foaming agent

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake without ice, shake with ice, double strain into cocktail coupe glass, garnish with a few drops of bitters on top of foam.

22.5ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
22.5ml Mandeaux Liqueur
22.5ml Lillet Blanc
22.5ml Fresh lemon juice
Rinse glass with Absinthe

Method:
Add all ingredients except Absinth to the shaker, shake with ice, rinse glass with Absinthe, double strain into cocktail coupe glass, no garnish
