OUNCE GIN 'SIGNATURE' COCKTAILS

Ingredients:
30ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
30ml Ruby Bitter Aperitif
30ml Scarlet Sweet Vermouth
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir. Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange twist.
Army & Navy
Ingredients:
50ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
30ml Orgeat
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Egg Whites
8 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake (no ice), add ice and shake for 7 - 11 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or angostura bitters spray.

Ingredients:
22.5ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
22.5ml Mandeaux Liqueur
22.5ml Lillet Blanc
22.5ml Lemon Juice
Method:
Shake gin, mandeaux liqueur, lillet blanc, and lemon juice over ice. Fine strain into a nick and nora glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Ingredients:
50ml Ounce Gin ‘Signature’
15ml Rin Quin Quin (Peach Aperitif)
15ml White Creme De Cacao
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Egg Whites
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, dry shake (no ice), add ice and shake for 7 - 11 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or angostura bitters spray.
