Rapture Amaro is a complex and captivating digestivo-style amaro that balances bitter and sweet flavours with remarkable finesse. The initial sip reveals a harmonious blend of botanicals, including gentian, local citrus and roasted wattleseed, along with beetroot hibiscus and cacao. This gives deep notes of jammy red fruits, coffee, cacao, and caramel, creating a rich and layered flavour profile. The finish is long and satisfying, with a subtle toasty character that lingers on the palate.

Production Process

Our amaro is meticulously crafted by macerating a proprietary blend of herbs, roots, flowers, and citrus peels in a neutral spirit. This infusion is then sweetened with a touch of sugar, allowing the flavours to meld and mature. The result is a rich, aromatic digestivo style amaro that embodies the spirit of both Imperial Measures Distilling and Memphis Slim's House of Blues.

We worked closely on the recipe ensuring that this product would be fantastic in a multitude of cocktails but keep the party flowing by also pairing exceptionally with a shot glass.
